About the recipe

Creamy, tangy, fresh and full of flavour… this is my ultimate tuna salad — light, nourishing and designed to make you feel good after every bite.
It’s naturally high in protein, low in carbohydrates and rich in healthy fats, making it perfect for sustained energy, balanced blood sugar and easy, everyday eating. Tuna provides lean protein and omega-3s to support brain and heart health, while Greek yoghurt adds extra protein and a light, creamy texture without heaviness.
Brightened with dill pickles, capers and fresh lemon, every bite is vibrant and satisfying, with just the right balance of richness and freshness. Crunchy celery and herbs bring texture and vitality, while the simple, whole-food ingredients keep it clean and nourishing.
This is my go-to for quick lunches, effortless entertaining or weekly meal prep. Pile it onto fresh sourdough, spoon it over crisp greens, tuck it into wraps… or enjoy it straight from the bowl.
Simple. Fresh. High-protein. Completely addictive.
