About the recipe
My high-protein power salad is one of those recipes you’ll make on repeat. Simple ingredients, big flavour, and seriously nourishing. Power-Packed with tuna, creamy cannellini beans and eggs, it delivers a beautiful balance of lean protein, slow-release carbohydrates and fibre to keep you full, energised and satisfied. I absolutely love this salad...high in protein and fibre to naturally support GLP-1, helping you feel fuller for longer and maintain steady blood sugar. The light yoghurt-Dijon dressing keeps things fresh and tangy without weighing the salad down, while capers, pickles and spring onion add that crave-worthy savoury bite. Nutritionally, it’s a powerhouse: high in protein for lean toned muscle and keeping you fuller for longer, rich in fibre for gut health and blood-sugar balance, and a natural source of omega-3s to support heart and brain health.Perfect for meal prep, this salad keeps beautifully for days and is endlessly versatile—spoon it into crisp lettuce cups, pile it onto rice cakes, stuff it into cucumber boats or enjoy it straight from the bowl. Fresh, functional and deeply satisfying, this is feel-good food that works as hard as you do.

Notes + Inspiration
Protein swaps: Not into tuna? Try flaked salmon, poached chicken or extra cannellini beans. Swap Greek yoghurt for cottage cheese.
Serving ideas: Spoon into crisp lettuce cups or baby cos leaves, stuff into cucumber boats, pile onto rice cakes or toasted sourdough, or roll into a wrap or baguette for a more substantial meal.
Meal prep: This salad keeps well for up to 4 days in the fridge, making it perfect for busy weeks. Store in an airtight container.
