Packed with prebiotic fibre from cabbage, plant protein from cannellini beans, and healthy fats from olive oil and avocado, it’s one of those salads that truly loves your body back.Gently massaging the cabbage with lemon and salt makes it tender and easier to digest, while the beans and feta add protein, calcium and flavour. The result is a salad that supports digestion, stable energy and a lean, toned physique — without feeling heavy.Naturally gluten-free, perfect for meal prep, and even better after a day or two in the fridge, this is the kind of salad you make once and enjoy all week. Fresh, simple and full of goodness — just how I love to cook.
